" Ginutaang Adabaw ala mehehe!"

" Ginutaang Adabaw ala mehehe!"

Ingredients:

1/2 pound Adabaw-cut into adobo size or smaller

1 pound unripe Papaya-sliced thinly into strips

Ginger-Mga kasinglaki ng hinlalaki o tanggurangan,peeled ang sliced into strips(julliened)

1 tablespoon garlic-finely minced

1 medium size onion -diced

bay leaf(laurel)-3 pieces

1 teaspoon pamintang buo

1&1/2 cup coconut milk(1 can)

6 pieces Jalapeno chilis(sliced crosswise)-pwede man po i adjust kung gurano nindo gusto ka harang

Patis or fish sauce to taste-depende po sa timpalda na gusto nindo..i used about 4 tbsp

1-2 table spoon cooking oil

Procedure: In medium high setting,Igisa o sautee sa Pan/kawali/kaserola ang mga sumusunod: Garlic,ginger and onion for about 3 mins.Add adabaw and let it brown.Pour 1 cup coconut milk and add 1 cup water(or pede man tabing dagdagan pa nin another 1/2 cup kung gusto nindo na medyo masabaw). Add paminta,laurel and sili.Cover the pan ,hayaang kumulo,then add patis to taste.let it cook for 12 mins,then add the Papaya. Hayaan kumulo ng another 10 mins. pag sa hiling nindo luto na su adabaw saka su tapayas. i buhos su natatadang 1/2 cup na coconut milk. Cook for another 7-10 mins.in medium setting.Adjust taste by adding salt or patis.
